you want to scan all your folders or only one folder ?
my experience is :
I used billionton bluetooth dongle.
first, you have to use bluetooth dongle , after you've success pairing your phone with your PC. normally it will make one folder named "Bluetooth exchange folder".
Now, from your k700i , go to menu > Connectivity > Bluetooth > My Devices ..
You'll see your PC name if you already paired your phone correctly.
Then, choose your PC from My Devices, and you'll see your files in "Bluetooth exchange folder" in your PC.
Second, if you want to browse all your folders in your PC, you have to use FMA for that task..
