Hey Guys and Gyals,
I need the brains of the K700 clan here,
I have just bought a usb cable to connect my k700i to my pc and have downloaded fma to transer files, BUT, i've lost the cd that came with my phone. (Stupid me, i know.....)
The phone uploads verywell soi can put things on my phone, but i cannot download to the pc, e.g send my pics and vids, which was why i bought the cable in the first place.
When i first connected my phone to the pc it asked for the k700 series software with the "found new hardware" box. I'm running XP if that helps anyone understand more.
I think i need the driver software for the phone and would be greatful if someone can point me in the right direction to where to get the software from. Or just send it to me.
You guys are the greatest brains this phone has, please help | |

Well, the easiest solution would be to visit www.sonyericsson.com/support key in 'K700' in the little box and off you go! Latest versions of every app they have to offer  as opposed to the now stale version on the original CD.

Thanks guys. but ive tried that and it doesnt help.
I cant find the origonal cd file to download on the site and the other apps are to use the phones origonal cable to connect or to use the phone as a modem.
Does anyone know exactly what im looking for cause im not too sure?

Everything that comes on the original CD is available from the links above (or newer versions), so if what you are looking for isn't there then I don't know what you need. | |
