Please can someone give me some advice? TMobile have kindly exhanged my T68 for a new one due to Software problems. The problem is I cannot get the message alert signal to do anything apart form "Click" or worse still "silent". On my old phone it would make a double beeping sound to alert me when a new message arrived. This one only clicks even when you set it to tone. Can anyone help?

What have they given you? It should be in, settings>sounds and alert>message alerts>with the choice of tone, click, or silent. That's on a T68i

Despite every one's hate for them I have to say that SE did, pretty much, answer and solve all of our previous problems that we had. So if there is something wrong in this update just hold tight for a month or two and they'll sort it

Thanks for emailing SE etc.
You'd think SE could write some software which could be sent in message format to solve this problem.
