1. Go to "calls" menu.
2. here you choose "Time & cost".
3. Now you see Calling Cards.
4. Second menu "Use callingcards"
And there you go... |

There isn't an option to DEactivate it though |

Yeah there is...when you click on use calling cards it asks for the phone lock code and then you can choose whether they are on or off.
