With T39 you get bluetooth and third band, with S45 you get dynamic memory and better phone book. They are both good. It depends on your needs.

I have used the Siemens S45 and found the reception to be poor. Now I'm using the T39m and have no problems with it. Also I would say the T39 looks sexier. |

I like the T39, looks more sophisticated. I like how the S45 looks too, so tough choice, I guess it all comes down to what you really want out of the phone.
For myself, I needed a phone to use across borders, and one of the big reasons I choose the T39 a while ago, plus I had an IPAQ and wanted to use bluetooth 
Now I got a T68i, and I'm very happy with it. Has style and everything I need.

yeah...after i read all messages 'bout t68(i) in this forum, i'm thinking to buy it than S45 or T39..hahaha...

aside from BT and a 3rd band, if you take out the antenna of a T39, it'll be the winner hands down. The t9 is better in the s45 though. (must be a bug)
