Need some help gang..

I'm new here so be nice

I got a T68i on Saturday and have tried a few things but not succeded.

I have a Freenetname email account but cannot seem to set it up.. I have entered all the details correct (I THINK) but do I use Freenetname to dial up or Genie?

Also GPRS.. what is the score with this? I am on O2 and am a PAUG customer (Free 300 text etc)..

If anyone has any detail about MMS and O2 then please lemmi know too.

do you know how to set up your pc to use the internet using the t68i as a modem???? i dont know what the setting are can youy help please. please reply to badboyzukltd@lycos.co.uk or badboyzukltd@genie.co.uk

have you managed to setup the Wap ok yet?

are you using the Genie/O2 915000 dial up number?

what you may need to do is set your pop account as an IP address instead of a pop.freetentname.co.uk type of address.

the IP address will look like this but different numbers: 123.345.123.345
it can be found by opening a dos window when your computers connected to the web...or goto Start, Run, type 'command' hit Return - you should see a black screen and type as follows 'ping pop3.????????.co.uk' - hit Return and you should see the IP address - where i've put ???? you should put the current pop3 account details, try the same for smtp too.

i have a Genie paug too but my phones at the Carphone Warehouse now getting upgraded.
