The American company Motorola confirmed the imposition of a fine of 500 million dollars (404 million euros) from IRS (Internal Revenue Service). IRS recently completed the study of the economic data of Motorola that concerns the returns of taxes of the company for the interval 1996-2000 and naturally informed the company for the "irregularity", imposing at the same time the fine. Motorola - as it was expected - denied the accusations and declared that it will offend juridicially the imposition of the fine.

The whole deal is related with the "transported debit", which is to say the billing policy in which the various departments of Motorola are trade between them products and services. Motorola naturally denies to accept the regulations that IRS wants to settle with regard to the transported debit and declared that it intends to offends the fine with all the legal processes with the effect legislation. Nevertheless if finally the IRS turns out victorious any juridicial conflict in the subjects that are related with the particular question, (that is to say this type the debits for period 1996-2000) the result could be devastating for Motorola, after it involves in moreover - and likely outlaw - income of 1,13billions of Euros, that will lead to a further increase of fine that its called to overwhelm the company, while is not excluded that IRS carries out a similar research for the period of 2000 till today.
