According to the Chinese agency of news Xinhua, the exclusive rights of disposal of the first short story on mobile telephone via short written messages was bought from a telecommunications provider from Beijing. It is a sentimental short story that describes an extramarital romance while obviously because the nature of the method that the story is formed it is reaching hardly the 4.200 characters. It will be available in a lot of forms, via SMS, "wireless" via WAP, even in form IVR (Interactive Assistant Response). The last form can be read via SMS. It will be sold also via Internet, while there is also available the phonetic edition of this short story for the individuals with problems of sight. The rights were sold to 17.000 Euros, while the agency did not give any further details regarding the transaction and cost.
In China a total of 260 millions users exists of mobile telephones, the big majority of which they use SMS. As an example of the wide use of written messages, in the last spring festival, which is the celebration of the Chinese New Year, totallly 10 billions written messages where sent, that yielded in the companies of mobile telephony almost 100 millions of Euros!
