something like nero wav editor is good.
it converts it to .wav, you edit it, then save it as mp3 or wav
if you cant save as mp3, save it as wav, then convert it using dbpoweramp
I can resist everything except temptation! |

I use something called MP3trim I found on download.com. Very simple but does the trick.
