help needed for r2l firmware |

hi there. first off as this is my first post i would just like to say that this is a great site and i have found some really good and helpful info on here. cheers guys.
i apologise if something like this has been asked already, but anyway, i got a k700 as an upgrade on my vodafone contract last week but i want to get the r2l firmware. the problem is i live in the middle of nowhere and my local SE service centre is miles away. i was wondering if places like phones4u would be able to flash my phone or do i have to take it to a specific place?
any help would be greatly appreciated!! cheers! | |

welcome to esato jimbob!
regarding your firmware upgrade, i would suggest for you to upgrade in the sony ericsson shop or center so that the firmware will be legit. because some of the firmwares not flashed by SE have bugs on it. well, a suggestion. have a good day sir!
