Hi everyone. I need help with one issue. I've searched and searched on the net, specially on Esato but can't seem to find the answer on this.

I need to send an SMS or Flash SMS, but need to hide my number ID. I know this is very hard with normal SMS, but (patiently, my question follows) - does Flash SMS 100% surely hides sender's ID? I don't want to be revieled (love thing, etc...). I've tried sending on few SE phones and it didn't show, but I don't know whether it can be revieled on other phones such as Nokia, Samsung, Siemens, etc...

And, is there a way to send this from a phone which doesn't support Flash SMS? By any kind of prefix or code that goes before the actuall message.

Please help... I am desperate...
me, my self and i... the right combination

Call your operator, if they support it, cos it's oporators feature to hide your number in sms.
May the power of search be with you

Ok, that's regular SMS. But what about Flash SMS? Does Flash SMS hide sender ID/mobile number?

Why not try and send a text from a website that gives a username instead me a phone number. Many of them out their. Some dont even add a user name.

From the Telia Menu, goto Kommunicera / Hemligt SMS that does not send your mobile telephone number to the receiver.

Sending flash sms can be done through float mobile agent, fma found at www.sourceforge.net. But, that require a pc linced up to a SonyEricsson phone.

You can use fma to send flash sms, as long as your se phone is connected (thru bt, ir, or serial).

I use smsxtender to send anonamous sms`s. Its a java application from a company called simeda. When you buy the program they give you ten credits but it only costs 7 euros for another 100 credits. you can put any name or number for the sender number or leave it blank.

Sending flash sms through fma didnīt work the anonymeus way, when sending to a nokia 3200. Thatīs what goxxy mentioned could be in the first post of this thread. I guess itīs only for sending from and to SE-phones if you want to be anonym when sendig someone an innocent prank... Any other brands..??
