SE UK told me that "there is no new software upgrade for the K700i as it is a new phone and no one has reported any problems yet..."
I suggested to the bloke that he should view the forums here @ Esato but he didn't seem that interested. So I reported the battery issue and left it at that. (You can too @ 08705 237237)... Carphone Warehouse UK on the other hand knew there was an upgrade but didn't know when they were going to get it...
