Hi, Im new to this forum and its great! Im on Globe telecom and have been trying to setup up email on my T630. I both have Softhome and Hotpop accounts and whenever I try to send and receive emails, I get a "Server not found" error. I also tried using the IP addresses of the mail servers (the number addresses) of both email providers but I always get the same error message.

Anyone here also on Globe Telecom having the same problem?

@Gowin, tried what? I tried to setup my phone but it still does that "finding server" then "no server found". I also tried putting in the IP addresses of the mail servers but same thing. Is this a Globe telecom thing or something? Any comments from Globe users out there?

Use the 'Internet APN' for sending and receiving emails. The normal 'myGlobe GPRS' won't work anymore.

How to configure your phone for the "Internet APN'? You could always call Globe Hotline (211 on your cell or 730-1000) and ask the 'Mobile Helpdesk' for the configuration. Alternatively, as GOwin suggested, you could search for it here in Esato.
