1. t39 housing (front, flip, keypad, backplate)
2. original leather case (preferably the upright style)
3. t39 beltclip

Try Semicon . . . I replaced ALL of the covers of my T39m then in the said shop . . . but that was 1.5 years ago, but when I need some OLD stuffs in that store, they would simply make a REQUEST in the Head Office, as long as those items are - available. Good Luck !
