Hi,
in my BT places for K700i i have this:
K700i HS Voice Gateway
i can connect but don't know how it works..
is there a way to send Radio sound over BT to PC?
or talk on the phone using PC mic and headset ?

The HS voice gateway profile is designed to make the pc act as a bluetooth headset so yes, you can pair the phone with the pc if it has that profile and then use your pc speaker and mic to hold the conversation.
The radio is not designed to use a bluetooth headset and so there is no way to send the radio output to the pc
