I know that I have asked this question already, but I really need to know. I will probably purchase a Motorola V70 from California and have it sent to New York in the following week. Since Cingular is the only wireless provider that supports the V70, I would like to know if Cingular lock their phones because I will purchase the phone without a contract and will put in my Voicestream SIM card. It will work, right?
