PLEASE. Don't make of get rid of my T610 for a 6010!! |

Ok. Maybe not a 6010 but a nokia for sure. I bought my T610 7 months ago and was VERY disappointed when i couldn't find any sound effects. Tones take up half my memory but nothing that i really love. I did find a very few leads here after many, many hours of searching but only led to dead ends.
AND THEN...my husband bought the nokia 6010 (Insert laughs here) and i fell in love with the bird calls, whistles and normal rings he could get. Who has to be killed at SE to get some non-musical ringtones. :-(

Nope. I'm looking at the box. It's a 6010. I'm in the states and i think it a 3595 semi-upgrade, 19.99 usd. If that helps.

well, you could send the tones from your husbands phone to yours via infra-red or bluetooth if the 6010 has that capability.

He has this bird whistle that i have to have. Polyphonic, midi my phone can get but not this one. Nokia copyrighted i think. Sounds and ring ring sounds not all musical.

This basic phone has on ir or bt. This is the cheapest phone with wap capabilities.

i see, well you have to search long and hard. i doubt you will find much because the demand is for poly tones of songs. i will have a quick browse on the i-net for you.

Tone is copyrighted. That is why i may have to do a switch to nokia. i want ringtones that are like wav., and not music For my T610.

i found these midis. they are not sonds but just tones (like windwave and waterfall)

if you go to http://www.tagtag.com you will have to sign up but you can upload files then donloadthem on wap. but if thats long winded that site has rintones of its own so u can get browse thru them.
