But they using an Escrow service for payment.Isn't that mean you have to pay when you received the goods?
In that case it's worth to try.
Isn't it?

Well, this IS a tough one to crack. On one hand...
I live in Paris, and I found an address provided on the site. I'll take a look around there and if I find anything Ill speak to the owner. If it's a real address I doubt it's a scam the owner wouldn't give everyone his address so they "know where he lives".

Its under about and contact us.
Also, if you'll notice 99.99% of scams involve poor spelling and grammar, which this site does not entail of
They also use an escrow service which is hard, but not impossible to scam against.
BUT!!!!!(Wall Street
On the other hand theyve made very stupid mistakes. And I mean VERY
Ken Lavert
, President/CEO and Editorial Director Co-designer of the ExactChoice technology, Steve is the company's business leader and director of ExactChoice's "voice" in its original content for reviews, descriptions, and advice. From 1996 to 2002, Steve was co-founder and chief technology officer of Personify, an enterprise-software company focusing on Internet analytics whose customers included Bose, Continental Airlines, Neiman Marcus, the New York Times, and Volkswagen. From 1990 to 1995, he was a program manager and technology analyst at SRI International, one of the world's largest contract-research organizations. There, in 1994 and 1995 he led the iVALs project, a pioneering research program that applied consumer segmentation techniques to Internet behavior. In 1992, he cofounded SRI's Media Futures Program, a research program studying the commercialization of new-media technologies. Clients included Apple, AT&T, Disney, Microsoft, Philips, and Sony. As a technology analyst at SRI, Steve was quoted in media ranging from industry publications (New Media, Interactive Week) to general-interest publications (Wall Street Journal, TIME Magazine) to television (CBS News This Morning).
Paulo Mendoza
, Vice President of Engineering, Co-designer of the NewDigitalElectronic technology, Howard is the company's technical leader, architecting and overseeing the implementation of NewDigitalElectronic's software. His nearly 20 years of experience in professional software development includes: director of engineering at Personify (see above), where he shipped several enterprise-software products on multiple platforms; architect and director of engineering at Saurus, a group-scheduling and contact-management software company that was acquired by Sun Microsystems; architect of cross-platform development tools at Pillar, a financial-applications software company that was acquired by Hyperion; and software-engineering positions in Hewlett-Packard's operating-systems group and Software Publishing's Harvard Graphics group.
They just nice copied and pasted this from somewhere without even looking! Ken becomes Steve, Paula -> Howard. lol, they could have at least cleaned up the names etc. Sloppy job, this and so many other little errors others have pointed out. Besides that wtf is this bio talking about? In t he first they don't even change ExactChoice to NDE, and in the second they change but in both they aren't even talking about NDE. NDE, if it exists, is a RETAIL company, not software or whatever they are trying to say up there lol.
NDE is a retail company lol, they don't make software
Conclusion:
I'm about 99% sure its a scammer, but I'll go to the address they give see whats lurking around then get back to you. If I find something credible at the address they give, I have some money to blow so ill go ahead and give buying something a shot.
All the company info is under "About Us " in "Company"
