You can't send an SMS by Bluetooth but you can send the Post-it notes.
To send these and pics and tones simply press more when you're on the desired object then choose send. You can then choose Bluetooth, IR etc.

You cant transfer sms to another phone using BT, to images and sounds just press "more", "send", "via Bluetooth" and select the device to send the file.
