Yes, here:

http://www.software13.com/freejack

But the program is still very buggy and may not work at all. Waiting for the developer to release the next version.

The creator of that app has been pretty busy recently, and hasnt had time to develop it any further. Im sure work will resume on it shortly.

You just need to download the JAR file and transfer that (rather than the individual files within it) to your phone via Bluetooth or whatever.

I haven't been able to get either version (MIDP 1.0 or 2.0) working on my K700i though - I get "Application error" when I try to run them.

Me too. But apparently it works fine on some Nokia phones.

SE fans will just have to wait until its more developed.

IT's some kind of blue jacking software as far as i can gather... Probably simular to the bluejack software in Sman on a P900. If you're not familiar with blue jacking take a look here... http://www.esato.com/board/viewtopic.php?topic=15976&14

only the p800 and the p900 of the SE phones support the jsr-82 which enables java on MIDP applications.

The application fails on your K700i since it doesn't match the java profile required for it to run.

As far as I know the K700i have the following abilities for java apps:
Mobile Media (JSR-135)
Wireless Meassageing (JSR-120)
And one non disclosed 3d api (ie the real tennis game).
