Somebody knows if is possible to make the update of the T68 for the T68i being used infrared? Where I obtain the archives?

If you're talking about firmware flashing it, this can only be done via cable (service cable as well, not the usual datacable) - The phone is "turned off" whilst flashing and thus infrared wouldn't work.

If you're not, then I apologise.

PS: It's easier to just take it to a service centre and get them to do it. After all you aren't supposed to do it from home and although lots of people have done it, it's safer to just get them to do it.

If you have the "service" cable, you have to pay to buy "logs" (~USD10) to do it. There is no free way. If you have a terminator dongle instead, then the software is "free".

yes, free programs for the terminator dongle is available on the net. cellular-support.com You only have to buy the hardware which is about USD 25 + shipping on eBay, but you can use it many times. Also it's a bit safer for your phone than the service cable+ LOG method. I would not use the service cable+LOG to do software upgrades.
