i am always having to refresh my browser when i am using this esato forum. if i click NEW POSTS link, the pae doesnt update unless i press refresh on my Opera browser for PC 7.21

try it with ie. i think no problem one click more

Are you kidding? Firefox if you upgrade is your best bet. This, however should have an easy fix. I dont have experience with opera though.

Click on Tools/Preferences.../ or press Alt+P and click on History and cache. Select Check documents to always and it will work.

This is because the browser is using a cached page.
Disable caching of pages or make it check for newer pages...
