hello, Unless I'm mistaken I've seen the MotoE398 here somewhere at Cyberzone (SM Megamall) price would range from 20-25k.hope this helps.

at the risk of sounding cliche (but its true):
depends on what your needs are.
If music and expandable memory are your priority, then go for the Moto.
If you want a more well-rounded mobile, the K700i will do. Better Bluetooth support, etc.
just my 2 centavo's worth.
try to use both units, so you can see for yourself . I personally like the way the Moto feels in the hand- matte black and solidly put together.
