The danish SonyEricsson helpdesk seems to be experiencing serios problems due to the recently absent of 50% of the danish helpdesk staff. According to SonyEricsson the official explanation is an "infectious disease among the staff", the veracity regarding a "wipe out" of 50% of the danish SonyEricsson helpdesk personal is to be considered though.
The helpdesk suffer from long waiting time and stressed emploies, some very rude. To be mentioned is also the resently employment of forreign (probably third world contries) helpdesk supporters, speaking very poorly danish, if speaking danish att all. It shouldn't be necessary to bring your arab or urdu word book when calling a danish hotline number, come on SonyEricsson, get those danish emploies back!
