Is it possible that Sony Ericsson will introduce a phone with camera which will have more then 5MP resolution and a Carl Zeiss Vario Tessar lens. Does anyone have any news about it? what will be the future of mobile phones? please post your reply here.

Definately a better quality camera, TV tuner, perhaps some kind of fold-out screen? THAT would float my boat. Good quality sound, and a 20gb hard disk

The future will be determined by nokia and the very reliable bug free siemens(quite unlike 85% of se products).se do try to leap and bound,but embarrass themselves immensely in the process.

@damo55
You´re not talking about the reliable and bug-free S55 i guess, you know the one that became stable already in the fourth FW release.. Or the SX1 that AFAIK isn´t 100% stable yet?
I like my S55 and Siemens in general, mind you but IMO ALL manufacturers are equally bad when it comes to releasing bug free stable phones. The "problem" as I see it is that people really interested in their phones, people who explore every last function and scrutinize their phones tend to buy SE, and makes it look like SE is less reliable than the others.
The Nokia owners I know are the type of users who still has "Nokia tune" as ringer after one year and have VCR´s at home showing 00:00 blinking on the display after the power loss last summer
Happy owner of: Ericsson GH198, S868, SH888, R310s, T10s, T28s, A2618s, T39m x2, T68m, T66, SE t68i, T610, S700i, Nokia 2110i, 6210, 8310, 8850, 8890 and 6680 Siemens S55

since they already have cameras built into the phone with the internet they should add an option for video conference.

other ideas i had:

256 mb usb "keychain" - built into the phone, doesnt require any power.

add a real builtin walkie talkie that works in a 1 mile radius so the phone would still work without any single.

Ok I have heard that SE will introduce phones with a Carl Zeiss Vario Tessar lens which uses a 3D matrix technique for image capturing, this means that the camera will capture even the minute detail which ur eye will fail to observe. I dont know if this news is true or not but if it is true then I will surely gonna get one.

Wow that would be a good option i mean adding a 3D sound will give us more clear sound, as itis motorola has E680 with similar option.
