When I answer the call intermittantly the call will not go through to the earpiece but remains on the phones speaker and Mic. If I unplug and reinsert the handsfree kit there is still no change. Im on my 5th T230 but have been unable to resolve. My service provider say its me... It didnt work with my t310 cuz i had dirty contacts (dont know if i said that right-contacts-where you connect your phone with speakers).
