I've seen similar one made by some manufacturer in Czech republic for approx. 10 Euro 
no cellphone... |

That's expensive. I got mine for about US$ 5 in a mobile shop sale about 3 years ago. 
The original price tag was around US$ 15. I bet the reason they sold it at a bargain is because it's selling poorly in our Nokia-crazed country. 
Some months back, I even bought a new Belkin-branded travel charger for less US$2.
