Which format takes up less space, or better quality? or are they both the same? |

mp4 is better quality, i think 3gp takes up less space but not sure

.3gp is either h.263 or mp4 video, with either AMR or AAC audio.
.mp4 is mp4 audio with AAC audio.
Next to that .3gp has support for subtitles.
So when you choose to make .3gp with mp4 and AAC, you have the same quality as a mp4.
When you make a .3gp with h.263 and AMR your quality will be worse than a .mp4.
About size, that depends on you; you choose the bitrates. |
