k700 mp3/video playback problem |

Just got my k700 yesterday. I bought it on a e-store.
And I have problems playing the mp3s that was included on the phone. I tried to transfer a mp3 from my pc, and I can get the playback to start but theres no sound. When the playback reaches the end of the song It just keeps on "playing". I got the same problem with the audio recorded on the phone. After a few attempts playing mp3s the phone restarts. When I record video I get no sound either and the phone restarts after a few playbacks.
Is there any updates I can do or do you suggest that I return the phone to the store?

I think it is up to firmware or maybe phone itself. Anyway you should go to store to show them, and than to ask them for free replace of the firmware or phone. They must do that for free, coz phone is still under warranty. Hope that helps.
