already tried that... everybody is talking about cardphone warehouse that WILL CHARGE ME £8 FOR THE UPGRADE and will keep it for 24 hours... any other store in cardiff??? |

The upgread is worth £8
For me the upgread was free, but i payed £11 for the cost of transport to get to the service center.

sorry, I have been away for a week so I have only just read your post.
I live in barry and I was one of the first people to have my phone upgraded, I actually had to show the people in cpw what to do and where to find the upgrade.
My upgrade was free in the culver house cross store on cowbridge road. The queens street store is probably paying for postage to get it done there, hence the 24 hours and £8.
In the culver store it was free and took 1 hour. Hope they havent changed their policy, good luck
