I dont think that you can unlock your phone with a imei code.
You will have to use a T28 datakabel
Or at a phone shop |

You can unlock with imei by DCT4 calculator. It calculates new imei, then you just enter it into your phone. Try it out

I dont think this will work. I'm not even sure if t230 has dct4. What phone are you using?

dct is for nokia
for SE, you need the nck from your operator
or use 3rd party software + credit to unlock
