I am only 8 yrs old so i am tired of searching the forum and the web, anyone here knows any tools to convert wav or mp3 to amr, please and thanks in advance.

Itunes from apple.com will automatically convert wma to aac but beware when it does it will creat additional files keeping your old wma and adding aac versions. You may want to delete the wmas afterwards unless you particularly like media player. Personally i think itunes has everything you need for a music collection on your pc
