Hi Myphone the classy Moto V600 has gone for its 2nd fix from my local o2 shop back to motorola! Hmm I was wondering how many times they had to fix it before they replace it with another? Im curious to know lol :-)

I doubt it's the same but with comet, they will repair an item 3 times under their insurance policies and on the 4th time they'll offer an exchange for a like or better model... Dunno bout o2 tho... So this might be pointless... Read up on o2's insurance and warrenty policies?

I had 3 T68i replacements on Orange care then a fourth and they wouldnt replace for a different phone.

haha well I hope they dont fix the prob again,that guy in the o2 shop didnt look happy that I brought it back again maybe the V600 is a total pain inda ass btw hope they give me a brandnew enn cos they have scratched the screen from the last repair :-l

I told the o2 shop that it was scratched from the lastime so that guy puts a plastic protector on it if thats removed and more scratches r on it im gunna go mad btw myphone was only a mth old when it went for repair when i get it back its lookin like 6mths old :-( I didnt really notice the marks till i got home but busy with work gave me no time to go back and complain!!! Just hope my phone is ok when it comes back be even betta if I got a brandnew enn or maybe another handset of my choice lol :-D

Uup forgot bout dis thread :-) anyhow got myphone back few weeks ago motorola replaced the led on the front cos that was faulty, they also updated software ;-) however few more scratches :-l also the other day i notice a crack on the front of the phone near where the hinge is ive only just noticed it :-l now im bit pisst of maybe its time to get intouch with moto what u lot think? :-)
