Got upgrade but somethings wrong??????? |

Hi everyone i got my T68 upgraded to T68i earlier on today. Everything seemed great until i noticed the vibrate function on my phone doesnt appear to be working? It was working fine before i got it upgraded. Even when i go into the service menu and do the service test on the vibrator i still dont get any response???
Can someone please help me out here?

The vibrate mode does not work if you are charging your phone. Try taking it out of the charger and test it again. |

Cheers mate. I tried what you said about vibrate not working on charge and its working fine. But even when ive got my phone set to vibrate when ever i get a message or call,whenever i send a message or make a call because im useing a genie pre-pay sim it displays my balance after the text is sent or when i end the call. Which is fair enough because it done that before i got the upgrade,but before it would vibrate when my balance appeared,now even with it set on vibrate im still hearing the message tone but no vibrate when my balance appears??
Do you know why??
