Heard about it on TechTV first, they said it was hard for them to believe (russian based, you have to click on English at the top) but they said it checked ok when they signed up and used it!

It seems great, when they get PayPal support back online, I'm gonna try it out!
-Stiil, no onw knows whether it is legal in the US, but they do pay the distribution fees in Russia...
If they pay fees for the music, it's got to still be legal!
If not, it's a great argument for court...lol jking!
