Copying Contacts from T610 to K700 |

I'm currently deliberating whether or not to upgrade my trusty T610 to a K700. I've sent my phonebook (both as a whole and as separate contacts) via Bluetooth to my PC in vCard (.vcf) format.
If I get a K700 will I just be able to Bluetooth the contacts from my PC to the new phone? Will the numbers appear correctly and in the correct section (home, mobile etc) on the K700? I ask this because I've seen that people have been having problems with contacts on the K700.
Thanks in advance

Just sent all my contect via bluetooth to my old t610 and it looks like it worked, there are know multiple names in the phone book all contects have the right numbers eg. home, work, other.
So i would imaging that the k700 would work the same as the t610 as its it upgrade!

It's perfectly safe to send them to the K700i. The new phone will have the numbers displayed correctly, just as they did on the T610.
Also - and this is important - when entering the numbers by sending them to the K700i you take no risk of loosing any numbers if you have more than one number for a person/company. If you on the other hand manually insert multiple numbers in the K700i phonebook for one person/company you risk loosing some of the numbers for individual contacts (the later is what is called the bug in the K700i addressbook and is easy to work around by either 1) entering "one" phone number at a time and saving at once before entering a second and third etc. After that, go back and enter the second phone number and save it before entering the third etc. or 2) by doing as you suggest yourself: sending your old T610 phonebook to the K700i.

Yes, the numbers will be sorted automatically with respective names. It's because the database stores the endings /H /W /O etc. just as it does when storing numbers/names on your SIM-card.
