My alarm sound's volume is really low and I can barely hear it. The vibrating of the phone is louder. I have no idea how to turn it back up or how it got down. Can anyone let me know how to correct this?

Try to set the ringing volume to max in Sounds.

There's no other way to change it. You have the same ringtone set to your alarm?

Maybe your phone is going do be mad . You can bring it to service point or give 'em a call and ask 'em, if they can help you with that.

I guess the very practical solution to your problem here mate is to put your fone into your pajama/trouser/jeans et al, when you have the fone set to alarm As you said, you just hate going to SE techs Also, having mentioned that your fone's vibra is more felt/heard than that of your fone's alaram

and the SE techs are over in india or somewhere with clueless employees using the knowledge base available to anyone that can log onto SE's website and reading the text straight from there, and if the solution isn't found in their little search they say you need to talk to the people you bought it from.
