Hi,
my neighbour bought righ now a new Motorola C450 and he gave me to explore what is the problem with it...
When I try to call somebody it began to call and than it says that CALL FAILED:
NOT SUBSCRIBED
Motorola users or cellular experts, plz share you opinions...

That normally means either the SIM card has not been activated or it has been disabled. Get him to call his service provides to check. Me :-D

But id I put in the phone my SIM card, than it shows the same... and my SIM works fine in my phone... and the other one too...

Im not sure exactly what causes the problem on the c450, but on the c200 its if the phone is set to use line 2 instead of line 1.
Failing that use the master reset, never fails. |
