how the heck can i use image editor on win98se? it isnt compatible but I remember using it fine with my t610/30!!
Everytime I get a decent pic and try to resize(176x220) in photoshop it isnt a perfect fit. Will Image editor be better for this?

photoshop should give a perfect fit, it is what most themers use to chop and change images for themes.
