MMC & Card Reader NOT included.
Maybe wise to get new earphone fuzzes, though they are not crusty. 
It works, but it intermittantly loses connection witht the phone. This was a know issue with them. There is a thread on esato which explains how to wedge a bit of cardboard to keep it sweet 
CD included (not XP compatible)
