T-Mobile Branding on T630 - I want it back! |

My T630 locked up when sending an MMS. It reset itself (weird) and I subsequently lost themes/sounds/pics and T-Mobile branding. Carphone warehouse said they had 'no idea mate', Sony Ericsson customer services said the same. They could only restore the phone to a generic (plain) T630. T-Mobile customer services just checked I had my GPRS and WAP settings (I did) and told me there was nothing they could do.
Now, I'm not a T-Mobile lover but I just preferred the hot-keys and the T-mobile branding as well as the T-Mobile pics/sounds package. Is there any way I can have this branding restored? Who brand the phones ... surely Sony E do before shipping out? |

How old is the handset? Could you not return it and then order a new one in a few days? |

Handset's about 2-3 months old, doubt it is returnable. |

Then it is still under warranty. Does your warranty somehow apply to this? |

The carrier is the one who brands it before sending it out, so T-Mobile would have branded it before sending it out. You can't brand it, though.
