I don't know any reason why Series 60 2.0 SE wouldn't suit to a PDA. Series 90 might still be a little more interesting as PDA UI.

I don't know if they are gonna be traditional touch screen PDA's but we're gonna see some very intereting Series 60 phones in the future. The Feature Pack 3 specs give us a hint (from series60.com):

-scalable UI architecture supporting high display resolutions of up to 356 x 416
From Nokias to an SE to whatever.
