It's a small keyboard you connect to the bottom of the phone.... |

I have the chatboard. It works and I like it but:
1. It turns off T9 automatically so that when you try to type in something without the chatboard after you had previously used it you have to turn T9 back on every time.
2. When you first connect the chatboard, it types the first character lower case and the subsequent characters upper case.
3. There is no way to visually ascertain if the letter you're about to type is going to be upper case or lower case, you just have to try it.
4. There is a shortcut to the phone book on the chatboard, but it goes right to "Add new contact", and doesn't give the option to look up a contact.
5. There are also buttons for WWW, Email, and Attach that I haven't been able to make a good use for.
6. The chatboard does not like to be attached when the keylock is on or when there isn't a network found.
7. There is a way to press "down" but not "up" with the chatboard. Supposedly Shift-left is "up", but it doesn't do anything on my T68.
8. There is no "'" on the chatboard. Instead there is some sort of backward accent instead of the apostrophe so you cannot type words like can't or don't. The backwards accent works, but I notice that it splits SMS'es into parts and doesn't allow as many characters in the SMS when the character is included in the message.
I paid USD $15 for my chatboard. I wouldn't pay much more.

It works fine with my T68 as well!
But I think it's faster to write SMS and mails with the keys on the phone!

Has anybody found out what are the key combinations for the return key in the chatboard. It is very annoying to use the space bar all over the line.
Thanks in advance,

Chatboard works perfectly with my T68i. Had problems with my T39m but now it's great with T68i.
My only problem was having everything being typed in uppercase letters. I then found out that you can change the case by pressing "Shift + Space" and now it works fine.
