U mean in my country? Yes, of course. Debitel is in many countries to reach. But if u make an acc. doesnt matter where u are from.

@Greggy..i cant seem to send using cbfsms.com form my P900..the send sms button is balnked out....the same problem happens to me on my desktop pc becos i am runnin norton av and firewall.
