I requested an MMS from Smart 234 but can't retrieve the MMS that they sent. There's a message that goes "Network Communication Error or check your settings" whenever I try to download the MMS. I tried sending an MMS to myself and I can view it naman.

Pls. help me on my MMS settings.

My SmartGPRS is working fine, though. TIA!

@jocer smart is more cheaper than globe, ive compared it. but the only bad news about smart is as you know theyre charging for the GPRS. But! there's no 3K download barrier for WAP =)

@deep - if your MMS and Wap is working fine, then there should be no problem in accessing your email. Just have it connect to smart pc and dont forget to edit the account and put the DNS setting 202.57.96.3. Be sure also that the email settings are correct.

Arnold, i just bought my girlfriend a t68i phone (2 weeks ago). we tried OTA pero ala pa rin siya GPRS signal. Did all the work arounds pero ganun pa rin. Called up smart and advised us to try to connect lang daw, pero ala pa rin. She's on prepaid btw.

Funny thing is, im on prepaid and im using a t65 pero ok GPRS ko.

Any comment? advice? violent reactn?

Thanks!

@angelikdevil, that's weird. last week my cousin bought a T68, and we were surprised to see the GPRS indicator displayed on his phone using the Smart SIM. so we assumed, all postpaid are now pre-activated with GPRS.

Call *888 again, and tell them to double check everything. If that does not work give me a call.

I didn't read well... you said she's on pre-paid. Argh! I can't help you on that.
