Can you help?

I have never been able to create an email using my T610.
Whenever I choose - Joystick>messaging>email>write new - I get a 'memory full' alert, although I have cleared my inbox and outbox, cleared my text messages etc, and have plenty of dynamic memory remaining.

What is going on? Can anyone help?

What about drafts and archive? They could cause it too.

I have checked those as well. It is really bugging me. I am beginning to think the phone is faulty...I have also restarted it just in case it needs to recover any of it's dynamic memory

The dynamic memory has nothing to do with the email memory capacity.

Use joystick and * button when your fone in standard mode is: right * left left * left * so u get to the service menu. Go to software and check the first line. It looks like this what we are looking for: r6b or r4c.

Thanks. My fw is R4C003. Might there be something wrong with that version?
