Hi I havent got any network phone insurance cause when I paid for it they didnt deliver. So know after 40 minute on the blower to Orange they told me what I already knew - the handset is faulty, (drops calls turns itself off, wont connect to network etc) But as i dont have orange insurance it has to be dealt by the manufacture.

Now I know Nokias are straight forward into the service centre and fixed or replaced no probs, however I dont have a an ericsson service centre near me so I will have to ring them up. Has anyone dealt with them and can anyone tell me my rights ie how long it should take replacement or fixed etc. Also I purchased it from CPW is it worth giving them a bell?

thanks in advance

Sorry to tell you this, but my experience with SE repairs was very bad. I had a sony j5 which had a faulty speaker. It took 1 month to get an envelope from them to send it back. AND 7 weeks to get my phone back. AND WHEN I did get it back they had sent me a BT cellnet one ( I was on orange). So I had to send it back and wait another week for an Orange j5. Countless promises about people ringing me with an explanation never happened. But I must also say Orange were brilliant and when they heard the problems I was having they did me a deal on my T68 that I have now.

I may have been unlucky, and maybe they are not that bad?
I hope you have more luck.
