Hi,

I am having problems connecting my P800, T68I and T630. I have downloaded all the software and drivers, but whenever I try to connect the phones, it cannot find any of the phones connected. I am using the USB cradle for my P800 to connect all the phones.

Can someone please help?

Thanks

Search the forum.

Otherwise have you tried turning off all Firewall/Virus checking software before you install, then ALWAYS read the README files that come with the software for notes and such on problems such as this.

Turn your firewall off - restart pc - should connect then auto. - if not right click the icon on the task bar - (the black connection icon) go to properties - disconnect everything then reconnect everything - should fire up that way too! good luck...... [addsig]

I'm havin the same problem at the mo... I've done a bit of searchin about and the only real answer i can find is that different phone drivers corrupt each other?(cant think of a better way to put it???) i had my p900 connecting to my computer with no problems but now i've installed k700 software neither work.... Apparently uninstalling them both then reinstallin one will be ok but no one says how to get 2 phones connected at the same time??? Sorry for the bad explaination v tired in work....

Probably too late with my answer. But I had the same issue with my P900 and PC, and I fianally figured it oout. The only way your can sync. is by turning off your Personal Firewall and Virus protection programs before you connect your phone to your pc

Do I just turn off Auto feature of Norton? Only Tasks and Contacts are sychronizing... wil try again tomorrow.
