Hi all!

I'm having problems with my MA-600 IRDA adaptor (serial, not USB). Although the driver is installed correctly, it fails to communicate with my T39 and Z600 phones. "Wireless Link" doesn't appear in Control Panel (Win XP Pro), although MA-600 is listed in Device Manager under Infrared Devices, and appears to be working properly.
It even installed the Z600 modem, but allows no further connection with the phone.

All this happened after I uninstalled the MA-600 in order to use it in another PC and got it back again. It was working perfectly before that.

Any ideas, hints, anything?
Thanks a lot in advance!

Yes, down to the lowest (9600).
Windows doesn't show "Wireless Link" in control panel any more. My guess is it fails to activate it because of installing and uninstalling MA-600 driver a few times... and System Restore didn't help either.

Try with the drivers on http://mese3012.tripod.com/Win2000-XP.zip and set the speed to maximum 38400bps

Using the above drivers will make it work under WinXP, at least according to the german forum where I found the link to the drivers

Yipee, got it sorted! Just had to reinstall the drivers. If you want them, email me on loveWalrus@aol.Com and put in the subject field IrDa MA-600 or i'll just delete it thinkin it's just spam :-D
