How do car antennas like this work??
What part of the phone do they connect to?

depends.... either an antenna connector on the back of the phone (like T28/T39/R520/R380 etc), or via a connector to the system connector at the bottom...

at the same shop where you buy the antenna usually when buying a car antenna all cables are included to connect it to the phone |

In the HCA-20 (car handsfree kit), isnt it a amplifier built in the hands free unit? And antenna connection?

My previous car kits connected to the bottom of the phone and the interface box for the handsfree kit had a connector for a standard attenna. You can probly get a adapter that plugs on the bottom of the phone to your attenna |

Is it true, that on t68 system connector are antenna pins? I have HCA 20 in my car, but by my opinion the phone works with build-in antenne only!
